You consent to LuDuan AI Group ("LuDuan") sharing the information you submit through the platform — including company details, contact information, order details, documents, system information and any materials uploaded for the engagement — with our nominated consultants for the purpose of delivering the services you have ordered.
Provision of your information for the purpose of service delivery is voluntary. However, if you choose not to provide the requested information, we may be unable to deliver the services you have ordered.
Where our nominated consultants are located outside Hong Kong, your information may be transferred to such jurisdictions solely for service delivery purposes. We will ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), including ensuring that the recipient is bound by contractual obligations no less protective than those required under Hong Kong law.
Shared information will be used solely for the performance of your engagement and related administrative purposes. Consultants may not use your information for any other purpose, including marketing or solicitation.
All nominated consultants are bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those set out in our NDA. LuDuan remains responsible for the handling of your information by its consultants.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us at ai@luduan.io or through your account on the platform. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal and does not apply where processing is necessary to complete an engagement already in progress or required by law.
Information will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described, for legal or regulatory compliance or as required for the resolution of disputes, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymized.

You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data held by us. Requests can be submitted to ai@luduan.io. We will respond to such requests in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486).
This document forms part of the LuDuan legal framework together with the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Data Sharing Consent, Disclaimer, Penetration Test Authorization, Service Terms and Refund Policy. Where there is any conflict, the order of precedence is: Penetration Test Authorization, NDA, Data Sharing Consent, Disclaimer, Service Terms, Refund Policy, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. All documents acknowledged at order placement together constitute the agreement governing your engagement with LuDuan.
