This policy explains how LuDuan AI Group ("LuDuan", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on luduan.io and related subdomains.

2. What We Use

Any personal data collected through these technologies is handled in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong and is used solely for the purposes of platform operation, security and service improvement.

• Essential / Authentication storage: We use browser local storage and session storage to keep you signed in, remember your order drafts and store session tokens. These are strictly necessary for the operation of the platform and cannot be disabled.
• Security services: Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies to assess whether interaction is human. These are set by Google and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Analytics: If we deploy analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy accordingly. We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies.

3. Managing Cookies

Essential storage cannot be disabled without affecting platform functionality. For reCAPTCHA and any third-party cookies, you can control or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that blocking essential storage will prevent you from logging in or placing orders.

Relationship with Other Documents

This document forms part of the LuDuan legal framework together with the Non-Disclosure Agreement, Data Sharing Consent, Disclaimer, Penetration Test Authorization, Service Terms and Refund Policy. Where there is any conflict, the order of precedence is: Penetration Test Authorization, NDA, Data Sharing Consent, Disclaimer, Service Terms, Refund Policy, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. All documents acknowledged at order placement together constitute the agreement governing your engagement with LuDuan.
