Marketing Partner Brand & Content Guidelines

Version 1.2 · Last updated 25 September 2026 · Governs use of LuDuan's name, marks, materials and claims only

1. Scope & How These Guidelines Fit

These guidelines apply to everyone participating in the LuDuan Marketing Partner Programme ("Partners"). They govern how LuDuan's name, trade marks, materials and claims may be used in partner content.

They do not control how you promote, when you promote, how often you promote or the style, format and channels of your own content — those remain your choice under the Programme Terms. They keep authorised references to LuDuan accurate and consistent and help ensure compliance with advertising law, including the Trade Descriptions Ordinance (Cap. 362) and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance (Cap. 593).

2. Using the LuDuan Name & Marks

Allowed: referring to yourself accurately as a "LuDuan Marketing Partner"; sharing your promotion code; linking to luduan.io and LuDuan service pages; using the LuDuan name in plain text and approved logo files without altering them (colour, proportions, spacing); approved logo files are available on request from ai@luduan.io.

Not allowed: altering the logo or marks; implying that you work for LuDuan or speak on its behalf; claiming that LuDuan endorses your other products; registering domains, accounts, handles or ads that impersonate LuDuan; using the marks after your participation ends. Your licence to use the marks is limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free and revocable (see the Programme Terms, clause 8) and ends when participation ends or on notice.

3. Talking About Services & Claims

Use the current descriptions, prices and benefits as published on luduan.io. Do not exaggerate, promise results or outcomes or invent features or deadlines.

Never present the Programme itself as guaranteed income — commission is earned only when a referred order is completed under the Programme Terms; earnings depend on your audience, your content and your activity. If you announce a benefit attached to your code, it must match what LuDuan actually offers.

4. Disclosures (Required)

Always disclose your partnership where you promote: "I'm a LuDuan Marketing Partner — I may earn a commission when you order with my code." Shorter option: include "#LuDuanPartner" in the caption. (繁中:「我是 LuDuan 營銷夥伴,使用我的優惠碼下單,我可能獲得佣金。」)

Keep the disclosure clear and easy to notice — in the caption or opening lines, not buried in the middle of a long post.

5. Messages, Platforms & Personal Data

Commercial electronic messages with a Hong Kong link must identify you accurately as the sender, include a working unsubscribe or opt-out and honour opt-out requests promptly.

Only send marketing to people you are lawfully allowed to contact — never use purchased or scraped contact lists; where consent is required for direct marketing, obtain it and keep a record (PDPO Part 6A).

Follow the advertising and community rules of the platforms you use.

6. Content We May Ask You to Change or Remove

If content breaches these guidelines, the Programme Terms or the law, we may ask you to correct or remove it and may suspend your code or participation for serious or repeated breaches.

We may reshare partner content about LuDuan with credit (for example on LuDuan's social channels). You can ask us to stop resharing specific content at any time.

7. Questions

For content checks or questions about these guidelines, contact ai@luduan.io with the subject "Partner content".

These guidelines are part of the LuDuan legal framework together with the Marketing Partner Programme Terms & Conditions, the Marketing Partner Agreement and the platform documents. If provisions conflict, the Programme Terms prevail. Version 1.2 — published 25 September 2026.
